After a minor delay of babysitting my beautiful grandson this weekend, I've finally finished up some new goodies for you. Some of these are for Christmas/Winter and some for New Years.

Hope everyone is staying warm and getting all of their Christmas shopping done...lol. Me, well I've got my tree up and a few gifts bought. I always tend to put it off til the last minute....lol. Maybe someday I will actually get ahead of the last minute shopping, but I doubt it.

It's a sad week for myself and my family. My awesome grandfather has passed away. I'm going to miss him very much.
CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Talbert Raymond Duty, 87, of Airport Road of Chapmanville, formerly of Ragland, crossed over Jordon Sunday, November 29, 2009, following a brief illness.
Born in Logan County, he was a son of the late Charles Wilson and Mary Diamond Duty. Also preceding him in death was his first wife, Gladys Browning Duty; three sons-in-law, Donald M. “Bud” McNeal, Charles Hugh Madden and Fred Elkins; four brothers, Roy, Ernest, George and Thurman Duty, and two brothers-in-law, Herbert Farley Sr. and Elliott Ray Burke.
Mr. Duty was a World War II veteran, serving with the U.S. Army as a heavy machine gunner at the young age of 16. He received the Good Conduct Medal, Army Occupation Germany, American Theater Ribbon, European African Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon, WWII Victory Ribbon, Combat Infantry Badge as well as the Bronze Star and Purple Heart…
